在國際重要期刊和學術會議上發表論文60余篇,包括集成電路頂級會議ISSCC 6篇👎🏼,頂級期刊JSSC 9篇☝🏿👮🏽‍♂️。承擔了多項國家自然科學基金💪🏽👍🏿、國家重點研發計劃等課題🐦。
